1. Auto Body Repairs
Exhibit Collision Center offers a warranty on all auto body repair services associated with the collision damage found and recorded during the initial inspection. This does not include the assembly of automobile components, such as air conditioning, suspension, and other electrical parts.
2. Metalwork
A lifetime warranty is also provided against defective workmanship on all metalwork and framework, including welding and the application of materials used for providing collision repairs against pitting, deterioration, flaking, and cracking and excluding rust repairs.
3. Painting
As a guarantee of the quality of our paint job, we offer a warranty that covers protection against peeling or delamination of your car’s finish, excessive loss of pigmentation, solvent blistering, cracking, checking, and hazing. This warranty also covers the application and adhesion of car body decals and graphics.
4. Vehicle Parts or Materials
We use vehicle parts and materials of the best quality when performing auto body services. These vehicles or materials are subject to the guarantee of their suppliers. We’ll help you process and handle any claim request to ensure only original factory parts will be used for your vehicle repair.
Lifetime Warranty Exclusions
Your auto body repair warranty covers vehicle components, materials, and services performed under the original repair order. This does guarantee payment of dues and repair due to the following cases:
1. Incidental Costs and Damage
Incidental costs, such as travel expenses, car rental charges, or towing fees, are not covered by your lifetime warranty.
Consequential damage to other car assemblies resulting from defective repair or installation of other parties other than Exhibit Collision Center.
2. Rusting
Rusting on and through the car surface, as well as damage caused by rusting of your vehicle’s interior and exterior panel, are not also covered by your auto body warranty.
3. Damage Due to Normal Use and Misuse
Your lifetime warranty only applies to all the repairs necessitated by causes within our control.
Any damage, defects, or malfunctions resulting from unauthorized services, modifications, alterations, and unreasonable use are excluded from the warranty.
4. Damage Due to Environmental Causes
We do not guarantee the warranty of vehicle parts and services for damage caused by chemical fallout, salt, hail, windstorm, sunlight, pollution, or other environmental factors.
Our Warranty Claim Process
Before requesting a warrantable repair service or vehicle component, car owners must present a copy of their warranty to our management. We’ll assess the damage and schedule the necessary services.
Any supplemental costs not covered by the lifetime warranty shall be charged directly to the car owners. They must have a copy of the itemized final bill to verify the costs included in the warranty.
4. Vehicle Parts or Materials
We use vehicle parts and materials of the best quality when performing auto body services. These vehicles or materials are subject to the guarantee of their suppliers. We’ll help you process and handle any claim request to ensure only original factory parts will be used for your vehicle repair.
